Conceived in the "Built to Suit" model, the building was fully planned to meet the needs of the lessee, ANAC-SP.

Located in front of Congonhas airport, in addition to receiving generous natural lighting through the "structural glazzing" facade, an efficient lighting project was implemented with the consultancy of Prof. Migroni.

This project features other systems such as: monolithic raised floor, cellular concrete slab, anchorage hold, removable modular ceiling, CCTV and access control, lifting platform, steelframe mezzanine; between others. And to complete the complete view of the airport that allows you to follow all the landings and take-offs.
