ON THE BEACH

Study developed in 2010 where the existing structure of the building was used in order to reuse this structure bringing a new concept, contemporary and integrated with its green surroundings. The facades have balconies, opening to the predominantly green surroundings, due to the presence of a lot of vegetation, which brings to the project a certain thermal comfort and an aesthetic focused on environmental issues.
