APT. REBOUÇAS

The minimalist lines and the palette of sober tones are the great assets of this project. Reducing the design to the essentials is a challenge of assertiveness and clarity between form and function.

In this apartment, many walls were removed and the rooms were integrated, the exposed structure makes the spatial limits suppressed visible. The original floor was maintained and the memory of the original construction remains alive by choosing to leave the exposed concrete slab.

The transparency proposed in the subtle division between the kitchen and dining room allows lighting and cross ventilation in all rooms, something desirable in all projects.

The design of the custom-made furniture is delicate and seems to levitate in the space, like the dining table with a metal base and glass top. The attention to detail allowed for the creation of a secret passage for little Estopa, the house mascot.
