GUARATUBA HOUSE

The biggest challenge was to meet the extensive program of needs and still create spaces for outdoor contemplation on a plot of land measuring just 370m².

The proposed volumes allow us to solve the program and generate views and spaces for staying in front of the sea. And through the investigation of volumetry, we can create poetic streaks of light combined with the curved shading roof. The designed roof combines high-resistance concrete technology and the influence of tropicalist modernism with its sensual curves.
