During the restoration of the 1890 house, the restrictions on its listing involved the front façade and the volume of the roof. All documentation from the historical collection was researched to ensure the preservation of the identity of the period. Through the research, it was possible to identify two buildings; the section of the warehouse in the background was not old, which allowed the structure to be rethought and new frames in MLC (Glued Laminated Timber) were inserted, which were designed with thin pieces in 8 cm sections. The purlins and rafters follow the light and slender structure. At the back of the lot, the garden extends like an open path for contemplation that opens onto the sculpture and fountain courtyard.
