Study developed in 2010 where the existing structure of the building was used in order to reuse this structure, bringing a new, contemporary concept and integrated with its green surroundings. The facades have balconies, opening onto the predominantly green surroundings, due to the presence of a lot of vegetation, which brings a certain thermal comfort to the project and an aesthetic focused on environmental issues.
